Deepening into the process we continue to explore the body's wisdom through conscious breathing, connected expression and sensation, allowing incomplete fight or flight responses, memories and experiences stored in the body-mind to release and integrate naturally over a flexible period of 5-15 weeks.

I closely support you on this journey with somatic coaching that will help you to identify the causality of blocks as well as guide you to self realise the values which inspire your vitality, well-being and a deeper meaningful life purpose.

Each week provides the continuity that sets up the foundations for the lasting transformation you're ready to embody into your life.

Through this process, we'll address mental, emotional, and physical resistance stored within the body and the nervous system. By opening and resetting your breath pattern, we'll release accumulated stress.

Prāna Healing is a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment for a stressed-out body and mind. It promotes gentle cleansing, and balance in the neuroendocrine system for deep physical healing and inner peace. 

Sessions are delivered through an integrative approach utilising guided breathwork techniques and meridian sound therapy to support gentle energetic releases encouraging coherence in the human energy field.
