You will be guided on Breathwork Journey through the map of ‘five pathways’ aka Prāna Vayus at the level of the body-mind. We will learn how to essentially build, balance and distribute energy throughout the body, utilising conscious breathing and awareness in practice to help us heal various aspects of ourselves and move towards unity of mind, body, and spirit.
